I remember hearing my sister and Jeff were going to run the Quebec Half Marathon; I was in awe;
Umm what? Whoa… who are they? That’s incredible, omigod wow.
I then moved in with Veronica and would sit on the couch as she would go for runs;
Umm what? Whoa… who is she? That’s incredible, omigod wow.
I then followed other fellow blogs of people running races, from 5ks to marathons;
Umm what? Whoa… who are they? That’s incredible, omigod wow.
So then I started to run. One step at a time, slow n’ steady, I started to run. And with running came talking about running. Like seriously guys, it’s all I would do.
Poor Angela had to listen to hours of chatter about running and shoes and knee pain and races, and then one day, she started to run. And I am SO PROUD of the girl!
Her 1st 1/2 marathon is oh-so-very-soon, but I have no doubt she’ll rock it. Just like she did in the Mid Summer Night’s 15k and Toronto Women’s 10k (see above).
